Students will be able to identify the characters, setting, and events of a fictional story.
Students will tell who is in a picture (children). They will then tell where the children are and what they are doing.
Students will be introduced to the story elements: characters, setting, and events. They will drag images to indicate whether they represent characters, setting, or a sequence of events. They will listen to two stories, "Alex's Busy Day" and "Little Red Riding Hood," and identify the character(s), settings, and events.
Students will answer 10 questions reviewing story elements.
Students will match the story elements to the matching pictures. Then they will use a spinner to decide the stories they will tell!
